These policies are subject to change as we continue to get guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and the Department of Public Health.

  • We require patients to be properly masked prior to entering the office.

  • Face masks should have elastic bands around the ears and are required to be worn for the entire duration of patient visit.

  • We will be unable to provide patients with face masks due to the national PPE shortage.

  • We have closed our waiting areas - patients can call from their car to check in and then are roomed immediately upon entering the office, or come in to check in at exact appointment time. 

  • Only patients can enter the office with the exception of minors who should only be accompanied by ONE adult.

  • Family members must wait outside unless the patient is a minor.

  • Any patients who are symptomatic or have recently been exposed to the virus will need to notify us and MUST be rescheduled.

  • If you have fever at the time of visit, your appointment will be rescheduled for a later date.

  • Our staff ensures that exam rooms and any other high-touch areas are cleaned between each patient and again at the end of the day.

  • We require patients to wash hands and/or use hand sanitizer upon entering the office.

  • We have removed all shared items (magazines, flyers, etc.) from waiting/patient areas.

  • Check outs can be done over the phone. Our staff is available to assist patients with scheduling any follow up appointments or testing.

  • Office visits with some exceptions including when patients need testing are conducted via Telemedicine.

  • Please download Zoom into your phone or computer and have access to your patient portal.

  • Prior to leaving your home you must take your temperature. If your temperature is 99.0 F or higher you must call our office to reschedule.

  • You will have your temperature taken prior to entering our office.

  • Please bring minimum belongings with you, leave all valuables at home.
